The <strong>Beijing+30 Action Agenda<\/strong> includes targeted actions to close the digital gender gap \u2014 from expanding digital infrastructure to increasing representation in tech leadership.<br><br>ITU\u2019s work aligns closely with these efforts through its initiatives, resolutions, and partnerships including:    <\/p>\n                    <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Resolution 70 and Gender Equality and Mainstreaming (GEM) policy and action plan<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.equalsintech.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EQUALS Partnership<\/a>, co-founded by ITU, the United Nations University (UNU), UN Women, the International Trade Centre (ITC) and GSMA in 2016&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/wtisd.itu.int\/women-and-girls\/girls-in-ict\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Girls in ICT Day<\/a>, reaching 377,000+ participants in 171 countries since launching in 2011&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Projects in LDCs enhancing digital skills and entrepreneurship for women&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<li>Programs like <a
